How good Governance focuses on learning first and also gets the business right
Good Governance is vital for sustained success. We lead workshops that support Boards in all key aspects of Governance work from mission building to strategic planning.
As with everything in the CGC, we keep things simple and systemic. For example, we avoid overwhelmingly complicated strategic plans and concentrate on key strategies. For both Leadership and Governance, the essence of our approach is, "If we could only achieve a few goals next year which things would have the biggest positive learning impact on the most students?"
