DESIGNING LEARNING SPACES
We subscribe to the idea of the learning environment being "the third teacher" coined by Loris Malaguzzi, to explain just how important the physical context can be.
DESIGNING LEARNING TIME
When schools talk about the challenges of delivering high quality learning the most frequently referenced obstacle is "time". Designing Learning Time for optimal impact is critically important.
ENSURING ACCREDITATION
Our Founding Director, Kevin Bartlett, is a highly experienced designer/co-designer of accreditation protocols eg. for ECIS and NEASC, for whom he was the co-author of the ACE protocol. Kevin is also a systems designer and board member for the Global Online Education Regulator (GOER). We specialise in supporting schools through successful accreditation processes.
CONTRIBUTING TO OUR LOCAL CONTEXT
We are deeply committed to supporting schools in work to support local and national communities. We have designed an innovative Community Engagement curriculum and our Changemaker Challenges, which reflect Human Centered Design thinking are an outstanding tool for helping students bring about societal change. Internationally, we are partners with Global Youth Dialogue Among Civilizations Alliance.
