Our Founding Director, Kevin Bartlett, is a highly experienced designer/co-designer of accreditation protocols eg. for ECIS and NEASC, for whom he was the co-author of the ACE protocol. Kevin is also a systems designer and board member for the Global Online Education Regulator (GOER). We specialise in supporting schools through successful accreditation processes.
One of our innovations is to synthesize accreditation standards with our own "Dreamboard" which is a simple, impact-based strategic planning system. This ensures that a school has one central plan, not multiple plans, and that, whenever the school moves forward it is always working towards a more successful accreditation.
SYNTHESIZED ACCREDITATION PLANNER
Here is an example, in which the current accreditation standards for Cognia become the goals for the strategic plan.
EXPLORE THE CONTEXT COMPONENTS
We subscribe to the idea of the learning environment being "the third teacher" coined by Loris Malaguzzi, to explain just how important the physical context can be.
When schools talk about the challenges of delivering high quality learning the most frequently referenced obstacle is "time".
