From our experience, the single most important factor in school change is the quality of school leadership. Leaders who understand of the importance of creating and sustaining positive school learning cultures are the ones who create a lasting legacy of school transformation.
To co-create and sustain a long-term learning ecosystem, we need to build leadership capacity deep into the school. Why Lead? is an extended professional learning engagement that prepares learning leaders to guide colleagues and communities towards a clear, shared vision for a connected learning community.
We offer a wide range of onsite workshops and online webinars under the heading Why Lead? Together we explore the purposes, principles, and practices of truly impactful Learning Leadership. These workshops and webinars are customizable for leaders in any areas of the school.
