This Matrix embeds our Learning Modules into a complete overview of the school's learning program with the modules organized into spiral sequences that ensure that learners re-engage with key concepts with predictable regularity. Our Matrix is designed so that learners will re-engage with each concept at least once in each Progression eg. they will re-encounter "energy" in Pre-K, KG-G2, G3-G5, G6-G8 and G9-G12.

Schools may, of course, build their own matrix/learning program but the strength of ours is that it ensures both coverage of key standards, and "uncoverage" of key ideas and important questions. You will find below a sample from one of our Matrices clicking on the Module icon will take you straight to the Module. Member schools have access to our complete set of Learning Maps and Modules, and a complete clickable Matrix.

For different audiences and purposes we can produce different views of our disciplines and progressions. For example here is the section of our Social Studies Model presented in a "Learning Goals only" format that many of our school members find very useful.

This simple approach transforms the idea of "school and afterschool activities" into intentional Pathways to the Portrait, both curricular and co-curricular.

EXPLORE THE  CO-CURRICULAR PROGRAM

This element in the system intentionally treats learning itself as curriculum and provides learners and teachers with practical toolkits designed to provide learners with agency.
