Our Process

HOW WE DO IT

We chose our name with care. The CGC is a collaborative that explores the common ground of human experience and translates it into simple systems that define, design, diversify, deliver and demonstrate learning that matters.

Our learning processes are as distinctive as our learning products. We see ourselves as capacity builders who use conversations to co-create learning ecosystems
in context, and who recognize that every context is different but that the essential questions may be somewhat universal. We do not believe that we have the ‘right answers’ for every learning and every learning context, but we believe we can offer many of the right questions.

We see our members as partners, with whom we collaborate to build learning capacity throughout the organization. While there is clearly no single pathway, there are patterns. Here is a well-travelled route to proven success:
